The products bought on Kenz Designs will be delivered to one address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Items will normally ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.

Taking into consideration both the product dispatch times and the estimated shipping time:

5-8 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State,

7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns,

7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations

c. Please note that your shopping cart may contain items with varying lead times, If the item is Artwork or hand-made to order, you may expect a longer delivery time of up to 4-6 weeks. Please check the delivery note on the product page for details.

d. We require you or someone acting on your behalf to be present at the delivery address specified in the Order during regular business hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

e. During peak periods (Easter, Christmas or public holidays) the delivery may take up to 14 working days.

f. Large items require extra handling and may take longer to transport.

g. Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.For large items, the courier may attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.

h. For certain products, items may be delivered directly to you by the Kenz Designs supplier.

i. In rare cases Bulky items and remote areas may require an additional shipping fee. This will be sent to your email address after we receive your order. If you would like a quote prior to checkout, you can email us at [email protected]

How can I tracking my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery

Kenz Designs does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. However, as some of our product range is directly shipped from our suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery by a third-party contract. If you do not receive your package, the carrier will conduct an investigation which may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this investigation period, we will do our best to find the best and fastest solution to re-delivery your order.

Change of Mind returns

Kenz Designs is so confident in the products we sell, Kenz Designs understands that sometimes we can make the wrong choices, we allow for a 14-day return policy,

Any returned item must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging. Goods must in their original packaging, particularly for change-of-mind returns.

All return costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore, the refund will be entitled minus the total delivery and collection cost

Please note: a restocking fee of 20% might be applicable on change-of-mind returns for bulky items this will be decided case by case. This amount will cover the reasonable costs of ordering stock in for you, as some ordered items unfortunately cannot be returned to the supplier or manufacturer.

Cancellation

In case of special orders / Backorder, you have 72 hours from placing your order to change your mind, as for backorders or Special orders it is placed specially for you with our Manufacturer.

The Customer shall be liable to pay to Restock a restocking fee such amount being the equivalent of 20% of the value of the order.

Custom Made Items - Refund Policy

Whilst Kenz Designs does provide custom services to accommodate its customers, we do not offer refunds for those custom items if it is due to a change of mind. Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all custom-ordered items are what they are after.

Refunds on Samples, floor stock items, seconds:

It is important to inspect your items before buying floor stock and ex-display items; some have been used as display products and may be subject to some wear and tear.

They are all sold as seen, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any floor stock sale purchases.

Proof of purchase

Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame with your invoice and a completed and signed return coupon.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise.

This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. A restocking fee may be applied. Any product that has been damaged is not in its original packaging or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, unfortunately, can not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Faulty Items returns

Please inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and give written notice to Kenz Designs within (3) days if the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Kenz Designs offers a warranty against defects of manufacture and materials on standard goods. The warranty is 1 year from the date of delivery provided that the goods are used under normal circumstances and maintained according to our guidelines.

Excluded from this warranty are all defects due to or caused by transport, incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, accidents, humidity, water damage, alteration or repair as well as normal wear and tear of the goods. Variations in wood grain, texture, colour, knots and other naturally occurring characteristics are inherent to solid wood and cannot be considered to be defects.All remarks or complaints should be made in writing and should include pictures of the goods. With respect to goods that are defective, we may choose to offer a discount or, repair or replace such goods. It is a condition for such remedies that the buyer has notified Kenz Designs about the defect within a reasonable time after the buyer discovered or ought to have discovered it and provided that such notice is given within the warranty period. The above remedies constitute the buyer’s only remedies in respect of any defective goods.Kenz Designs is not liable to the buyer for any consequential or indirect loss such as but not limited to financial or commercial damage, loss of customers, loss of contracts, loss of profit, reputation damage, delay or failure of project planning etc., a third party intervention in relation to the infringing goods, where the goods are installed or stored in an unsuitable place, in case of overuse, especially useful for other than private purposes, where the goods supplied are not assembled or installed according to the rules of art or not in accordance with the instructions provided or the general arrangements for use for this type of material, transport damage.

To process all claims we will require the following information to be sent to us;

  • Copy of your original Invoice and/or the Invoice number
  • Your Details (address, email, and contact number)
  • Images of the defect(s), or deterioration
  • An Image of the quality check label of the item

If we accept your warranty claim. We will ask the item(s) to be available for collection from the location we delivered to. Alternatively, the item(s) can be sent back to our warehouse directly. At our discretion, we will then, repair or replace the product, free of charge. In all other cases, we will contact you with options for repair, replacement, or return.

Additional delivery charges

Kenz Designs strives to provide you with the lowest delivery prices available.

Each product is individually measured and calculated by our courier; therefore, additional delivery charges may be required for your purchase, depending on your location. These charges are requested by the delivery Companies, not Kenz Designs, as these costs reflect the actual cost the courier will charge to send the item to your location.

If applicable, this arrangement should be noted on the delivery tab on the product details page. You must check the delivery tab for this information before placing your order. If you proceed with the order, we will then email you an invoice for the freight amount, which you can pay directly to us.

If you place your order requiring an additional freight invoice to be paid and wish not to proceed with the order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to cancel the order.
