I am missing a piece / package or I have received something that I had not requested

       Fill out the form here to process your incident by selecting the option "Customer Desk".  In the case that you are missing one or more pieces, you must indicate in "Observations" the piece or pieces that you are missing. In the case that you are missing one or more packages, indicate the package or packages missing. The more details you include, the better they will help us to speed up the process in resolving your request.

In a maximum period of 3 working days we will send you an email with the resolution of your request. If you have placed an order as a guest and therefore do not have a personal account, click here to return the order or process an incident.

 

In the case that you request a collection, it is very important that you return the disassembled product, inside its original packaging and with its internal protections.
